- Peter Wright is an academic specialising in sf fiction, film and literature. He was brought up on a diet of Gerry Anderson shows, Star Trek, Doctor Who and other British sftv. He still looks a little malnourished. His first real journeys began with Robert E. Howard's Conan the Adventurer and Robert A.Heinlein's Starship Troopers. He's been travelling without moving ever since.
